Limited Lifetime Product Warranty   Pro Body Parts warrants that all aftermarket products manufactured for Pro Body Parts and sold thereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will be in conformity with the manufacturer’s specifications. This warranty includes perforation due to corrosion in normal use.   If the product sold hereunder does not meet warranty above, the part will be replaced free of charge. Simply provide proof of purchase to the nearest Pro Body Parts Branch.   This warranty does not cover failure or perforation resulting from accident, damage, abuse or improper installation. This warranty does not extend to commercial vehicles.   Pro Body Parts shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of its parts.       Terms of Warranty   Pro warranties that all parts they carry will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Pro warranties that all sheet metal parts will not suffer rust perforation (metal rust-through due to corrosion). This warranty will be in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. The customer will be responsible for demonstrating that the part was purchased from Pro. We recommend the use of the original sales invoice be kept for that purpose. The warranty does not cover failure or perforation resulting from an accident damage, abuse or improper installation. Parts installed must also be properly under-coated and painted with an automotive paint. The warranty does not extend to commercial vehicles. Pro Body Parts shall not be liable for any accidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of its parts.
