JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Customer Service Representatives

as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you have direct contact with our customers calling in for parts. You receive customer calls, verify the part is in stock using a computer catalogue, quote the price, when delivery will occur, and take the order from the customer. Orders are then given to Warehouse Staff for filling.

Key aspects of the CSR role are an excellent knowledge of the automotive parts industry, strengths in customer service, interpersonal & communication skills, speed, accuracy, adaptability and teamwork.


Warehouse Staff

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you have direct contact with our customers calling in for parts. You receive customer calls, verify the part is in stock using a computer catalogue, quote the price, when delivery will occur, and take the order from the customer. Orders are then given to Warehouse Staff for filling.

Key aspects of the CSR role are an excellent knowledge of the automotive parts industry, strengths in customer service, interpersonal & communication skills, speed, accuracy, adaptability and teamwork.


Order Pickers

As an Order Picker, you receive customer orders in the Warehouse and locate the required part(s) for each order, bringing parts forward, inspecting them for quality, and labeling them for delivery. Working with other staff, you also receive, unpack and store incoming shipments of parts, properly stocking them in the appropriate warehouse area for inventory.

Key aspects of the Warehouse positions are accuracy, teamwork, cooperation, customer service, speed and adaptability. Knowledge of forklift operation and warehouse operations, while not essential, would be definite assets.


Delivery Drivers

As a Delivery Driver, you normally have two delivery runs each day, delivering parts to customers, and pick up parts being returned. To ensure top customer service is provided, parts are carefully loaded and secured in the truck, prompt, but safe delivery takes place, and excellent customer relations is maintained with our clients.

Key aspects of the Delivery Driver position are, care in parts handling, excellent customer relations, good planning, adaptability & organization of daily deliveries, good administration, teamwork and driving skills. A valid Drivers’ License and the ability to drive trucks with manual transmissions are required.
