Our Process - Order to Delivery
STEP ONE - RECEIVE ORDER
At the present time we receive orders in various ways:
- Telephone
- Pro Body Parts Website
- Email / Fax
- Ordering Software
Let us know how you want to order your parts – and we’ll make it happen.
STEP TWO - PROCESS ORDER
Upon receiving your order, an Invoice/Packing Slip is created.
This enables our warehouse staff to ensure the exact part is selected and ultimately delivered to the correct address.
Information on the Pick Ticket / Packing Slip includes:
- Transaction Date
- Parts requested & Quantity
- Part Descriptions
- Billing / Shipping Address
STEP THREE - INSPECT ORDER
Upon selecting all of the required parts, they are inspected by our Quality Control team to ensure accuracy.
When the inspection is completed, the Quality Control team initials the inspection sheet and the parts are moved to the final stage – Delivery.
STEP FOUR - DELIVER ORDER
Pro Body Parts delivers twice daily to most geographic areas using our in-house fleet of professional delivery drivers.
In more rural communities we rely on national and regional couriers to deliver the parts requested.
Our staff will co-ordinate these deliveries with you to ensure you have all the information you require.
